INFLATED BALLOON GIFTSOur balloon deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - which is a next working day delivery - by 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders received before 3pm can be despatched that day for next working day however orders can be placed in advance. There are no collections on a Saturday so orders for a Monday delivery must be placed before 3pm on the proceeding Friday. Sometimes Royal Mail will attempt to deliver on a Saturday. We cannot accept responsability for this however we do clearly mark the box with the requested delivery date. There are no collections or deliveries on a Sunday or bank holiday. All orders received after the cut off times will be despatched on the next working day.
If no-one is available to sign for the gift then Royal Mail will leave a card advising of the attempted delivery. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from - this will be their local Royal Mail sorting office.
Consistently well over 90% of our despatches arrive on the date requested. If for some reason a delivery attempt has not been made on the chosen day you will be entitled to a £5 refund for the postage costs. We are unable to offer full refunds on late items. If the gift arrives damaged then please return the item, including the packaging, to us. You will be refunded for the return postage and the cost in full.
Time allowing we will despatch balloons to Scotland a day early to avoid disappointment but some remote areas may take longer. The remote postcode areas are listed below:

NO REFUNDS can be offered for deliveries which are delayed beyond our immediate control. Should the gift arrive in a damaged condition we will refund your payment in full on receipt of the returned item as both us and Royal Mail will require evidence of the damaged goods. We cannot accept responsability for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions, local holidays or industrial action which could hinder the transportation of the goods and no refunds can be given.
We cannot be held responsible for any items once the parcel has been delivered and signed for at the address specified by the customer. Refunds or vouchers cannot be given if the goods are not passed on to the named recipient.
In the unlikely event that Best Balloons are unable to process your order or meet your desired delivery date, we will in the first instance contact you by e-mail for orders originating from this web site.
E-mail addresses and phone numbers are requested so we can contact you if there is a problem. Please ensure the information you supply is correct as Best Balloons cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries as a result.
By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been despatched we are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are providing are perishable.
Should you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been despatched you may do so. However, depending on the status of your order, this may be subject to a cancellation fee.
BALLOONS, WEDDING & PARTY GOODS
We aim to process and despatch your order within 5 working days. If any item is out of stock we will despatch as soon as more stock is received. If this is more than a few days then we will contact you to advise of the situation.
If you require next day delivery then your order must be received before 2pm. Please make sure we can contact you on the number given in case an item ordered is out of stock. If we cannot contact you then we will make a suitable substitution.
Standard delivery charges are £3.99 for our 3 - 5 day service.
Next working day is available for £7.50 using our express service
Disposable helium tanks can only be delivered by our Courier so the Express Service delivery costs are applicable for these. If you would like this delivered nest day then please show this as the delivery date. Any other date entered will be taken as a date required by. Leaving the date as the default will be read as "as soon as possible" and will be despatched within 2 - 3 days.
