We use both Royal Mail and Couriers to deliver your parcels.

The delivery charges are laid out below.

There is no available next day delivery service for the following postcodes. In some cases there may also be a higher delivery charge. We will advise you if additional costs apply.

Standard Delivery

Goods ordered using our standard service are normally delivered within 5 working days. When your order is despatched you will receive an e-mail confirming this, the delivery method and where applicable the track and trace reference number.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you, normally by e-mail, to advise you when it will be available for despatch.

Items sent to excluded postcodes may take an extra 2 days to arrive, please allow for this.

Express Delivery

Items will be dispatched either by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service or, if your parcel is over 2kg, by Citylink courier. The courier standard delivery service is 9am till 5.30pm and your parcel could be delivered at any point during this time.

Saturday Deliveries
Royal Mail now offer a Saturday guaranteed delivery service. This service can be used for inflated balloon gifts and parcels under 2kgs in weight. This is a before 1pm delivery and will need to be signed for. The goods will not be left if no-one is available to receive the parcel.

Important Delivery Information
Small packages that will fit through a standard letterbox and have an order value of less than 25 are sent by 1st class mail and these will not require a signature. All other items sent by Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery services will require a signature. If no-one is in to sign for these items then a card will be left and the parcel will be taken back to the delivery office. The card will give clear details on how to collect your package or arrange for a redelivery. Parcels that are sent by courier can be left in a safe place (if requested in advance) but this will be at your own risk. No responsibility will be taken for any items that may go missing. If you do not supply "leave safe" instructions and you are not in when the courier calls then a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the depot. If you do not contact the depot they will automatically arrange for a second delivery on the following working day (Monday - Friday). The parcel will then be held at the depot for 5 days awaiting collection. On request City Link will attempt a 3rd delivery to you - the cost for this is 5.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays - all requests for deliveries on these days will (time allowing) be despatched to arrive on the preceeding working day. All orders for next day delivery must be received before 2.30pm. Any orders received after this time may not be despatched until the following day. There are no despatches on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays if orders are received on these days then the earliest we can despatch is the following working day.

Late Deliveries
We strongly recommend that you order goods early to avoid any delivery problems.
All deliveries are carried out by third parties so we cannot personally guarantee these delivery times as sometimes things go wrong that are completely out of our control.
If you have paid for a next day service and your item does not arrive on (or before) the day you have requested we will refund your postage, If a delivery has been attempted and you were not in to receive your parcel then you will not be entitled to a refund.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery items cannot be tracked until 10 working days after your package was despatched - it will not be considered late until after this time has passed only then will we be able to provide you with a refund or replacement goods. You can however pay to have the goods redespatched if you choose to do so.
