Best Balloons is owned by Sue Mathieson who is a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA). Best Balloons is a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network and the National Association for Balloon Artists and Suppliers.
As well a being a CBA Sue has attended numerous courses that cover every aspect of the balloon business.
