Best Balloons is a family business dedicated to providing a professional and friendly service. We are Ian & Sue and we strive to provide the type of service we would expect to receive ourselves. We are trained professionals providing the best balloons and accessories.
Sue started training in 2000 and soon realised that she had a natural talent with balloons and quickly went on to obtain a very high pass level in the Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) exams in 2001.
We have decorated in lots of different venues across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and beyond as well as taking part in TV programs including an episode involving a wedding in “Queer Eye for a Straight Guy” & providing sculptures and a balloon release for the final episode of “Save Lullingstone Castle” when Tom Hart Dyke officially opened his garden of the world in 2006, in the grounds of his family’s estate, a garden he had designed while being held captive in Columbia after being kidnapped while looking for rare plants in 2000.
The decorating service was run in conjunction with a UK wide balloon delivery service which Sue started online in 2001 and this soon morphed into a complete online balloon & party shop after she received requests from numerous members of the public to sell them the balloons uninflated.
Sue unfortunately had to give up decorating in 2009 due to health problems but can now concentrate on the online shop and is happy to pass on her expertise to both staff and customers with regards to anything in relation to balloon decorating.
